Blogger Tutorial - How to Add a Signature to Your Posts

I get a lot of blog design questions on Twitter from bloggers looking to customise their theme and one question I received recently was ' How do I add a signature to my posts without having to add it manually everytime?'So today I'm going to demonstrate how to achieve this!So this is what I mean by a signature -

First you need to create your signature in photo editing software such as Photoshop or phixr.com (online & free).Upload the image to photobucket and make a note of the direct link as shown below.

 

Log in to Blogger.Navigate to Layout - Edit HTML - Proceed - Expand Widget Templates



Search for the code below (Ctrl + F) <data:post.body/>

Copy and paste the following code and insert directly below <data:post.body/> <p><div align="left"><img src="http://i720.photobucket.com/albums/ww203/altwhxre/0347518d.png"/></div></p>

Replace the url in the above code with the direct link from photobucket. Save. That's it you now have a signature on all your posts.
