Gadget Show Live 2012

As a lover and blogger of all things tech I am seriously excited about Gadget Show Live which comes to Birmingham's NEC in April. It is the UK's biggest cinsumer technology event and tickets are now on sale. It is a 5 day event running from the 11th-15th April and it is perfect for all you UK based technophiles. It is the place to see and of course buy the latest gadgets. Some products are even being premiered at the event. If you watch Channel 5's popular gadget show you'll know what to expect. Last years event was a sell out weeks before the event and this year's will undoubtedly be an even bigger hit.

This years show will see over 280 companies exhibiting including technology heavyweights Samsung, JVC, Sennheiser, Kenwood, Packard Bell & Acer.

The gadget show's presenters Suzi, Jason, Jon, Ortis and Pollyanna will also be in attendance and they'll be presenting challenges, stunts and of course giving away some of the latest tech.

BBC One's Aled Jones will also be on hand to review a whole host of tech goodness and T4's Will Best will host a selection of product launches and demonstrations.

There's even something for the gamers out there as the event will have a game zone containing a wide variety of games including retro and kids games. But the most exciting news for gamers will be the chance to see four teams race to build, test and deliver a game over the 5 day event.

But for me the most exciting part of the event will be the chance to discover what tech will emerge in the next ten years and what impact it will have on our lives. It is sure to be a fun packed event so if you want a piece of the action click on the link below to grab yourself a ticket but be quick as the tickets tend to sell quickly.
