Experimenting with Text Effects in Photoshop

I love photoshop! it is most widely known for photo manipulation. But it has so many other uses. I'm still pretty much a beginner but I'm learning new tricks everyday. it is important as a designer that I learn as much as possible so I spend many a day reading tutorials and putting them into practice. my favorite tutorials to follow are ones for creating funky text effects so today i've been messing around with text effects and these two images are the finished products.
