Looking for a new laptop? Now is the perfect time as there are huge savings to be had. today I'm going to review the Toshiba Satellite C660.
This laptop is a great laptop for all your everyday needs. It has a 15.6 inch screen and a 640GB hard drive. It comes with a built in media card reader, perfect for transferring photos from your camera. It also has an in built webcam and mic so it is perfect for all you skype addicts out there. It comes equipped with Windows 7, 6GB of RAM and an Intel i3-370M processor.
This high quality laptop can easily and quickly surf the internet, play videos and handle software. It offers a pretty decent 1,366x768 screen resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio.
One area that it is lacking is in its USB ports as it only comes with 2. You can of course buy a port adapter but I'd be happier if it came with at least 3.
I'm very happy with the performance of this machine - it is reliable and quick. It can handle large programs with ease. The battery life is good especially compared to other machines. Maximum battery life is 5 hours. This laptop would be perfectly suited to bloggers, students and business people as well as tech geeks like myself. The speakers are small though so if you like loud speakers this isn't the laptop for you but that is a minor problem as you could just attach headphones via the headphone port.
Overall - 8/10
*This laptop is currently reduced from. £529 to £329 in the Argos sale.*
